Ed Castro Landscape, Inc. incorporated as a full-service landscape design, construction, horticulture and maintenance firm in 1992. The Company currently has 85-plus employees, including a design staff of talented and experienced landscape architecture graduates who serve as project managers. Project managers collaborate closely with our clients, from a project's inception through implementation, to ensure that appropriate landscape management guidelines are in place. The educational and professional background of the staff is diverse, yet complimentary to ensure integration of technical and creative services.

We offer award winning design and cost effective construction solutions to ensure each landscape is enhanced and matures through a range of services from comprehensive maintenance to technically oriented seasonal services. Ed Castro Landscape works primarily on high-end residential properties, but has worked successfully with a wide variety of clients and budgets.

Ed Castro Landscape continues to grow within the community through The Atlanta Botanical Garden, The Atlanta Symphony, The Alliance Children's Theatre, The Southeastern Flower Show and several professional associations. We also provide services for design, construction and maintenance for many of greater metro Atlanta schools, churches, area parks and green spaces. The company is involved with and supports The American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA), The Associated Landscape Contractors of America (ALCA), and The Metro Atlanta Lawn and Turf Association (MALTA). Members of Ed Castro Landscape also volunteer for a variety of civic-based beautification projects.

Edward Castro, BLA, ASLA, ALCA, president and principal designer of the firm, received a bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Georgia. After attending the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology in Australia, he apprenticed with successful residential landscape architecture firm in Greenwich, Connecticut.

Extensive travels in England, Spain, France and Italy, coupled with education and work experience has yielded a successful methodology for creating inspired landscapes in partnership with his clients. Additional apprenticeship and work experience with Derek Lovejoy's partnership in London, England, and Roy Ashley and Associates in Atlanta, Georgia formed a solid foundation from which to build.
